Computer Aided Drafting & Design

The Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD) program at 博天堂官方 is designed to teach students how to bring an idea into reality, beginning with hand-drafting and sketching and working up to using industry software. The CADD program uses project-based learning, an innovative approach that teaches a multitude of strategies critical for success in the twenty-first century. Students drive their own learning through inquiry as well as work collaboratively to research and create projects that reflect their knowledge. From gleaning new technology skills to becoming proficient communicators and advanced problem solvers, students benefit from this approach to instruction.

In the program, students will use state of the art computers and software, 3D printers, a CNC milling machine, and laser cutters/engravers. Our instructors have industry experience, which makes 博天堂官方's CADD program unique; they know firsthand what companies are looking for and what skills students will need to be successful in this field.
